The staff were extraordinary service-minded and created a quiet vibe. We had a standard queen room room with a modern decor - it was practical.

It was a really really nice stay on a business trip. The hotel's location was magnificent, near all important monuments, the city center and Galeria Dominikańska and surroundings.

It is fairly clean and fairly large hotel, the staff are great and location to the main square in the city is marvellous and fab.

The place was lovely and restaurant was pleasant. I really enjoyed a flat screen TV, a seating area, and a study table in the tidy room. Satisfactory breakfast, best ever had, with the cornflakes. Everything was great, nothing to complain about, I couldn't recommend more it.

I had a really great stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was spotless. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable, though I could have done with more pillows. The location was also very good, with plenty of eating places nearby and just a short walk to the main square. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of freshly cooked food and there was a nice atmosphere in the dining area.

Comfortable bed and spacious room with all conceivable features. Very friendly staff, which takes care of all concerns, problems and questions. Check-in and check-out were very uncomplicated and fast. The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated.

Bathroom was a bit small and you could tell that renovations have taken place. The location is not ideal for walking in the direction of the old town, but it can be compensated by public transport.

Location very good. City centre can be reached by tram in a few minutes. If you are not familiar with the railways, you can also reach the centre on foot, but it takes a little longer. But the way is very simple. Beds are comfortable, room and bath super, nice. Delicious breakfast and very nice staff.
